In order to make this process as simple as possible, we invite you to contact us via the form below to obtain a return number and to indicate whether you wish to return or exchange your product. Beyond this 14-day period, your product will not be eligible for a return or exchange. However, we invite you to contact us to discuss if a solution can be found together.

The costs and liabilities for the return of the products are the responsibility of the customer. It is up to the customer to select the most appropriate means of transport, and to pack the product with the greatest care, taking into account its fragility. A product that does not meet the conditions of return or that is damaged, particularly by the fact of transport, would waive it from being eligible for a refund. We invite you to properly insure the product by declaring a value as it results from the purchase invoice, taking care to ensure perfect insurance coverage of the risks of return, in relation to this purchase amount.
