These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with Uminody SAS.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use Uminody services.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Services.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Uminody company strives to present in the best possible way, with technical data sheets of the products, the essential features of the latter which the customer must take note of.
This information is provided by the suppliers and Uminody cannot be held responsible for erroneous data supplied by them. The company reserves the right to modify these characteristics at any time on update of the information given by the suppliers.
In no case Uminody could be held responsible in case of typographical errors, photos, dimensions and characteristics. These are not contractual. They reflect the information given by the manufacturers or importers. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors.
Prices are displayed and expressed in Euros, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
In case of discrepancies on the price, the customer will be notified by email within 48 hours and may, if preferred, cancel the order and request a refund.
The customer has the possibility to pay online at the time of ordering, by credit card Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express. He will have to give his number as well as his expiry date.
The final validation of the order and the online transmission of the credit card number are proof of the order.
These operations are equivalent to a signature and signify, in a tacit way, the acceptance of the customer.
The customer also has the possibility of paying for his purchases by bank transfer or crypto-currencies. Transaction fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Products are offered for sale subject to availability. For products that are not in stock with us, our offers are valid subject to availability with our suppliers. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be informed by email or telephone and may, if preferred, cancel his order and request a refund.
Orders are shipped by the best means of transport at the time of dispatch. All packages shipped are subject to a tracking number with the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
The risks related to the transport are supported by the purchaser who, in case of damage and/or missing material noted at the reception of the parcel, will carry out all the usual reserves with the carrier within 24 hours and will inform the company Uminody by email at the following address: info[at]uminody.com.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs (taxes, import duties, …) may be due. These costs are at the charge of the customer and will be paid directly to the concerned services.
You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance without penalty and without any particular motivation (except for the cost of return). This withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the products. This period is extended until the 1st following working day, if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
This right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the goods supplied have been made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
This right of retraction can only be exercised if the products are returned:
A refusal to withdraw the products from the carrier cannot be justified by the exercise of this right of withdrawal.
The products to be exchanged or returned must have been previously agreed upon in writing by the company Uminody, which will then deliver a return number as well as return instructions. The Uminody company reserves the right to accept a return only if the products are returned according to the above mentioned conditions concerning the right of retraction.
The expenses and the responsibility of the return of the products are at the charge of the customer. It is up to the customer to select the most appropriate means of transport, and to pack the product with the greatest care, taking into account its fragility. A product that does not meet the conditions of return or that is damaged, particularly by the fact of transport, could not give rise to a refund. We invite you to properly insure the product by declaring a value as it results from the purchase invoice, taking care to ensure perfect insurance coverage of the risks of return, in relation to this purchase amount.
The shipping costs of the product will not be reimbursed. The cost of returning the exchanged product will also be borne by the customer.

All products sold by Uminody benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty against defects and hidden defects. The possible damages which would be generated by a use different from the manufacturer’s specifications could lead to the cancellation of your warranty.

To be able to benefit from the guarantee of the products it is imperative to keep the invoice of the product as a proof of purchase. In any case, Uminody cannot be held responsible in case of refusal of the manufacturer to apply its guarantee for the reasons explained above. Unless otherwise specified, the shipping costs related to the warranty are at the charge of the customer.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Caen (Normandy – France), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
By providing information on the Website, you warrant that you are using your true identity and that all information provided is true, accurate, current and complete at the time you provide it to us. In accordance with the law relating to data processing, data files and liberties, information of a nominative nature relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing.
Uminody reserves the right to collect information on the buyers including by using cookies, and, if he wishes, to transmit to commercial partners the collected information. Buyers may oppose the disclosure of their contact information by notifying Uminody by mail to the address of the head office or by e-mail to info[at]uminody.com. Likewise, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them.
Uminody company could not be held responsible for the inconveniences and damages concerning the use of the Internet network, in particular a rupture in the service, the presence of computer virus or an external intrusion, more generally any fact qualified as “force majeure” by the courts.
